On behalf of the St. Edward Wrestling Program, we invite you, your family, and your company to join us for our annual Wrestling Benefit on Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 11 AM to 4 PM.

We’ll gather with over 200 Eagle fans for a day filled with excitement, including cash door prizes, 50/50 drawings, basket raffles, and entertainment. The event will be in the Marilyn & David Palisin ‘64 Commons at St. Edward High School. Enjoy dinner, drinks, and the Ohio State vs. Michigan football game as we celebrate our numerous State and National Titles. The goal is to raise funds so our teams can travel to numerous prestigious tournaments at all program levels.

Winter Youth Baseball Pitching Clinic 

St. Edward players and coaches will provide clinic attendees with opportunities to improve all aspects of their pitching. This clinic will provide instruction through the use of our available technology, personal observation, and videotape analysis.

In an hour session, attendees will learn proper mechanics and perform a variety of drills designed to help the player with muscle memory and arm care. Parents and students have 2 options for attendance. Players will be grouped by age group in order to provide age appropriate instruction.

Groups will be limited to 8 players per session in order to facilitate proper evaluation and instruction time.

Please make sure to bring your water bottle, baseball glove, and tennis or turf shoes.

All sessions will be indoors at the SEHS Baseball Lab

Easter Break Youth Skills Clinic

Knock off some Winter rust, during a 2 hour baseball clinic, with St. Edward Coaches & Current Players! This all skills clinic will address a variety of opportunities for improvement. Campers will progress through a series of stations including:

* The art of playing catch

* Defense by positions

* Hitting reps & technique pointers

* Pitching & arm care

Campers will be grouped by age to ensure appropriate instruction, along with a focus on the safety of all in attendance.

Equipment Needed: Water bottle, helmet (If you have one), batting gloves, baseball glove, and bat. Tennis or turf shoes are appropriate.

Friday, November 1st – Sunday, December 22nd

Youth Baseball "Hit Trax" Hitting League

Our Hit Trax "Hitting League" is a 6 week growth in the game opportunity. The focus will combine instruction, competition, as well as live pitching. Participants will be assigned a hitting time with 2 other age appropriate competitors (total of 3 players/hour.) A scoring system will be used to compute standings. St. Edward coaches and players will provide instruction between these scoring opportunities. Our staff will utilize  statistical data, video analysis, & expert staff observations to improve the participants' swing. Unique to these sessions will be the opportunity to face live pitching twice during the 6 weeks.Live pitching gives both the player, and staff an excellent opportunity to make an impact on their swing. 

Sessions are available on Sundays & Tuesdays. Each will last one hour. Dates are listed below. Please make sure to bring your water bottle, helmet, batting gloves, and bat. All sessions will be indoors in our state of the art St. Edward Baseball Lab. Tennis or turf shoes are appropriate. 

Mark your preferred session when registering. We will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. Coach Tim Clark will contact you with assigned time and sessions.

 

~ Sunday Fall Sessions: November 10, 17, 24 AND December 8, 15, & 22 between 1pm-5pm.

~ Tuesday Fall Sessions: November 12, 19, 26 AND December 3, 10, & 17 between 630pm-830pm. 

~ Tuesday Winter Sessions: January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, & 11 between 630pm-830pm.
